Hello folks! I guess I am not the only one who is angry on his neighbor and his loud working TV? Great! Then how can I block him from using remote control?

Cloth-eared neighbors are very noisy and common problem for many of us :) But if you want no police involvement in this situation and wish to deal with it in a calm and civilized way - there is one thing that you can use for sure.
When you have asked about the TV's remote control, you did the right thing. Thinking in that direction is the perfect thinking because almost all people will not bother walking to their TV if remote is not responding and would rather change the subject of their activity to something else, like reading a book.
