[Shopping Information] - Order Status

Our Order Status System provides you with up to the minute information about the status of your Orders. And in the event that your Order cannot be processed, our system will list the Issue delaying your Order as well.

It is our hope the system will provide you with the information to get your Orders processed, and shipped, faster. If you have any questions, please feel free to Contact Us.

To review your orders:

  • You can check your order status by clicking the 'Order Status' in the top right corner of all your pages. You can also click the 'My Orders' in your account 'Dash board'.
  • The order States is located at every order detail bar.
Suspend - (Payment on hold)
Pending - (Payment not sent)
Unpaid - (Combined Dropship Order not Paid)
Fail - (Payment failed)
Processing - (Payment Completed,Order in Progress)
Update - (Order Update)
Shipped out - (Order Shipped Out)
Suspicious - (Suspicious Orders, need to verify buyer's real information)
Complaints - (Complaints from Buyer)
Refund - (Payment Refunded)
Delivered - (Orders over 6 Months)
